Owners of '13 Ts

I am in the process of replacing the top on my ’13 T. It is an early ’13 with an engine casting date of 12/15/12. I have three different types of brass Murphy fasteners on the car. They are the figure 8 style, the oval cast base style and the oval pressed base style. The pictures below show the three different styles. Can any one tell me what is correct for an early ’13? Do any of you have an original, early ’13 with the Murphy fasteners?
Thanks,
Dan

I could be suffering from a Trump/Altzimers moment... but as I recall, when I got my top from Classtique, they provided all the fasteners. Following their directions... it all went together well.

The one on the right is correct. Keep in mind Ford did not use the same brand fasteners on all '13s. Actually most of them were plain, unmarked.

My ‘13 Touring has the (M) fastners on the rear corners which are still original.

Larry, thanks. Were you able to find documentation on the fastener you identified as the correct one, and if so, where? This style is not reproduced, but the other two are. For your information, my '13 Touring is the one that was owned and restored by Otis Clinton.
Adam, can you tell me which style Murphy fasteners your car has (based on my photos above)?
Thanks!
Dan

Dan, as far as I know, Otis restored 2 1913 Touring. I think there was a green and red one. I bought the green one from a school teacher in Hoquaim, WA. In about 1974. He bought it from Otis. I sold mine years ago when I bought my current unrestored 13. I thought it was up in the CA gold country. Do you know which one you have?

Hi Kim, my car is the red one that Otis restored in the mid 50s. It seems to be a pretty authentic car, other than the color.
Can you provide any insight to my original question based on your unrestored '13?
Thanks!
Dan

Don: I have many fond memories of your car. Otis and I were close friends for many years, and I have rode in your car on many occasions as well as touring with them. Looking at the photo you submitted, it appears you have roadster L arms for the top. Otis had a '13 roadster too, and maybe he got them switched? When the top is down, the rear top socket should be parallel with the top of the rear fender.

I have all the original fasteners still on mine, and they all have the "M"

Darren, can you tell me what style the fasteners are on your car? Are they like any of the three I mention in my original post?
Thanks!
Dan

Hi Dan, here's a pic of original fasteners from my original top. There's only one in this photo with the "M" on it, but there's others still on the car. When I re-do my top this year, all the original fasteners will be going back on the car. They appear to be exactly like the one on the right in your photo. The one Larry refers to as correct.

Actually, I have two very original restored '13s. Neither of them had Murphy fasteners. Both of them were plain, but exactly the same without the M in the circle.
