New 21" Split Rims
I finally got 4 of my new rims from Steve Hood down in Australia. I have the new Firestone tires mounted on them. They are pretty nice rims.

Re: New 21" Split Rims
This weekend I finally got time to finish the build of my spare front axle. I have it under the car with the new tires and wheels. I have the toe in set at 1/4". It drives a lot smoother!!

Pretty
Since I am dumb on anything other than spokes I have a question. Are these painted silver or bare metal?
They look great Scott

Those look great on your coupe Scott, and I like the natural look of the spokes with the firestone's. I may get a response before the new year

Scott C: Beautiful rims and wheels. Do you mind telling us the cost of the split rim with shipping and customs charges delivered to you? I see they retail for $200 AUS. Are these the only source for new split rims? And the time for delivery? Thanks, jb

Are all the bolt holes round? Mine are oval in places so you can fit the wheel without pushing back the bolts.
Is there a no screw at the rim join?

Re: New 21" Split Rims
I did not locate anyone else currently offering the rims. I do believe there is someone in New Zealand? But, I have read some comments about questionable quality. All communication was via email. I placed the order on 6/11. He did not have any on hand, so I had to wait for them to be manufactured. He notified me that they were ready on 10/29. I sent payment via Paypal 10/29. He shipped them 11/4 and I received them 11/13. The "global pandemic" did cause some delay. I think the plating was around $30 a rim? The total cost of 4 rims plated and delivered was $1138.38.
All the lug holes are round. It does not need a lock screw. The dovetail lock is fine. They were very easy to mount tires onto as well as to mount onto the wheels. My old ones were difficult to get on and off of the wheels.
