I would like to get this 21 T started and running, what steps should I follow to do so?

Well, first thing is the motor stuck? I would think not if its been stored in a barn, but you never know.

Steve Jelf's dauntless geezer page has this: https://dauntlessgeezer.com/DG93.html and many other helpful articles: https://dauntlessgeezer.com/DG52.html His youtube videos on differential and wheel rebuilding are indispensible. Just don't stand between him and a pile of old model T parts for sale. :D -- IV

Getting it running and getting it ready for road use are two entirely different things. The latter of course will involve getting it running, but so much more is needed than just starting the car to see if it runs.
It may run if you add fluids, oil, water and fuel. With a battery hooked up, you can hand crank it to see if the coils buzz, and then have at it. Best of luck with that, but it just might fire up and you would have a good story to tell.
Then go back to the "getting it out of mothballs course" to do a thorough job of it.

Welcome to our world.
