Recently Wayland & I were honored to visit a private collection outside of Portland, Oregon.
Here is Wayland by the Ford Model K that sold
for $401,856 at The Den Hartogh Auction
on June 23rd, 2018.

Happy birthday Wayland! My wife graduated from U.S. Grant High School in Portland. Would you happen to be graduated from Grant?
You are the only one by the name Wayland I have ever heard of except for my father's Uncle Wayland who went with dad and me when I was 4 to buy a goat. He knew where we could get a nanny goat and we needed the milk for my sister's baby formula.
I like that Model K but I could buy a house for that price and have some left over! I also like the airplane. Is that yours Wayland?
