Are you thinking about LED lights for your Model T?
I just posted this video on YouTube about a "before & after" installation of LED's on my '27 Tudor.
Before installation, I focused and aimed the incandescent bulbs according to the Model T Ford manual. After installation of the LED's the only adjustment was aiming each of the lights to the outside slightly so that the edges of the road are lit. I will say that this video does not do justice to the actual lighting of the LED's- lighting is greater than the camera shows.

Great comparison video. I have a mag only car that I diverted the headlamp/running circuit and ran 12 v neg ground to. I installed 12 v LED bulbs front and rear and wow what a difference. Thanks for posting.

Re: Are you thinking about LED lights for your Model T?
Bill : I am aware of two types of LED headlight bulbs available to fit Model T negative ground systems. Which ever one is used, I found a video with installation info for a Model A Ford that will help with Model T Ford installation and focus adjustments.

I left comments below this video..... rain / wind in my area of New Jersey keeping car in garage, but focusing methods are very helpful no matter what LED headlight bulb you may choose. my decision

Bill: Looking at www.ledlights.com will see replacement led bulbs for the negative ground tail and stop light bulbs.... plus offerings for negative ground headlight bulbs.

Good job Bill. I have the same light bulbs in my 1927 fordor. They make a huge difference.

Re: Are you thinking about LED lights for your Model T?
Nope. Now that I put an alternator on the Fordor, the lights stay nice and bright, and the ammeter is a fuzz above "0" when they
are on. So why go to all the bother? For what, maybe one or two short runs at dusk or barely dark. Naahhhh.

What's an alternator? Next thing I'll be hearing someone talking about replacing the crank handle with an electric motor! Fools! It'll never work.

Would it be possible for you to list a bulb number and/or the source which you acquired them from?

Re: Are you thinking about LED lights for your Model T?
I understand that there is a shortage of these bulbs presently. Mine were purchased from http://www.snjparts.com/ the first week of December and I got the last 4 they had in stock at that time. Maybe all of the vendors have gotten new shipments. Please notice that these are negative ground.

Nah. I use Light Emitting Acetylene, not Light Emitting Diodes.
