Interesting picture. The T appears to be an early to mid '26, no headlamp bar. Most of the rest of the cars appear to range from '26 to maybe '30. However, one, the sedan driving the other way (on the other side of the lamp post), does look to be about '32. Judging from the "seat cover". and fading paint, on the T roadster, it appears to have had a rough five or six years. Most years between 1929 and the 1970s, California went back and forth with yellow/gold over or under black (1939 World's Fair plates were gold over blue). In the '30s odd years were mostly yellow or gold over black, so that plate is likely a '33. However, it could be '31 if I am off a year on that sedan.
