I assume it is a centerdoor on the right of the photo.

Yes, it is a center door Herb. The electric tail light would indicate 1919 or later to me. The Touring at left has no cowl lights so I would put it in that range also. The closed cars look a little later. The center door license plate is tough to identify. I believe I see one plate covering up another. Perhaps a medium color over a black and white one. At far right is a curiosity to me. I see a wheel and fender with a wall with a window and a roof sitting on it. Perhaps a vending rig of some kind?
It certainly looks like a charming small town with lots of mystery to me.
