Real photo post cards

Post by Dropacent » Wed Feb 24, 2021 4:34 pm

Tom Rootlieb’s sharing of those great pictures inspired me to take this off the wall. I believe these are a collection of Real Photo Post Cards. A great collection, and hoping others can add to it. These would be one of a kind, and a great glimpse into early Model T ownership.

Looks like the 1916 runabout has treaded whites in the rear and smooth whites in front.
The inevitable often happens.

Great photos, thanks for posting them. One wonders where they ended up.

These came from a Montana fellow who moved back here. If you look close, they have Montana plates.

Wonderful pictures Tim. It’s always nice when you have people in the photographs as they bring a sense of life from another time as well the machines we all enjoy. I took a couple of your pics and brought the subjects forward a little to get a better look at them.
