I have no connection to the seller. OHV T got my attention.

We are hoping the Canada /US border opens before this auction takes place.
With the current closure we cannot cross to attend events like this.
It is pretty close to our borders so would be an easy trip for us to the auction site We could also
renew some acquaintances and leave a little Canadian cash in Montana at the auction.
Without attempting to boost his ego, Stan Howe is one of the best auctioneers I have ever had the
pleasure of dealing with. Over the years I have left quite a bit of cash with his clients.

Thanks, we are buried in the auction but still over six weeks out so it is coming together.

Craig and his daughter are building the web page, they know a lot about web sites but not so much about cars. I will be adding some description and notes as well as changing a few of the photos as soon as I get a chance.

I have a ton more photos but I don't know if I can post them here or not. But the T truck is really cool and the speedster is very well done.

Harry, There is also Internet bidding that will be on line about the 15th of April. You can bid from the comfort of your easy chair at home, which is not nearly as much fun as you being in the crowd but you could leave that speedster or that truck at Greg's until the border opens.

The truck is a Canadian truck, we have import papers for it so you might be able to take it back to Alberta without paying GST. The 28 International truck is also Canadian. They farmed up near where your farm is for many years, Leonard bought these trucks and some of the other vehicles up there.

Check out that Packard Clipper. I'm in love. I'd look like an elderly Lawyer or Mortician driving that . There is a lot of really cool stuff. Leonard made good money and liked auctions and had a real eye for the rare and obscure. He bought some of this at my auctions over the years.

I found the pictures on the link very interesting. I realize that some folks don't want a lot of commercial ads to flood this site but we miss out on some wonderful pictures and opportunities because of it. If we could see more of those items I would be pleased.
Perhaps some neutral party could post them.

Ah, thanks but I don't want to step on somebody's toes. I don't have time to argue with people who have nothing better to do and to tell the truth don't have time to post much here. Pretty much every thing we have is on the web site and in a couple weeks will all be linked with the Internet auction bidding platform.

Since this photo probably won't end up on the web site for quite awhile, I'll post it just for fun before I head to the shop to work on a carburetor and go start the printers for more brochures.

Has anyone else had problems with the pictures loading? I cannot get the pictures to load on my iPhone or iPad.

There is only one photo here, you have to go to the web site to see the rest of the photos. It has been on and off the last few days but has about 1000 views last I checked so it should be working.

I'd like the restored '63 Buick Lesabre with the 400 engine. It must be worth a fortune as no 400 engine was offered in a '63 Buick Lesabre. A factory prototype?

I may have transcribed it wrong from the thousand or so photos I took in three different 500 mile trips to do the list plus trying to wade through the pages of notes the daughter in law has from the deceased, the notes I made, a hundred or so emails, three photo sticks and probably 15 data cds back and forth with the lady who so far has made about $1000 building the web site.

But God forbid we miss something or have a mistake on the 2500 brochures I have printed so far, or the flash ads running on Hemmings online or anywhere else.

I've sold probably 2,000 collector cars, a thousand tractors and a thousand flywheel engines along with rows of farm machinery, the biggest Victorian Brides Basket collection ever sold west of the Mississippi, more real estate than anybody would believe and a $415,000 liquor license along with a $710,000 building to put it in, a couple thousand head of Buffalo at auctions in 7 states and 20 counties in Montana, am considered the Model and A expert and collector tractor authority but I didn't catch the 63 Buick engine size.

Might be the wrong air cleaner, the car is 58 years old, but this is what the air cleaner says.

I've been up since 6 AM, drove 500 miles, took a couple hundred pictures, answered about 50 emails and a dozen phone calls, talked about every thing from Model As to internet bidding protocol, Edsel, Chevy cabovers, Saddles, carburetors, the fundraiser benefit auction I'm doing next weekend, explained that there is no inspection at the car auction site prior to the designated days, put up brochures, etc.

18 hours is enough for today.

I didn't mean to be a pest Stan. You must be very busy. With all the speedster guys on the forum there are many who would enjoy seeing more detail. It also might help get some bidders interested. Also I have an interest in knowing more about the recent history of it.
Do what you need to do.

I will get you some photos as soon as I can get a few free minutes. I can't post anything on here even tho it is Model T because somebody will bitch that I am promoting my auction business. People promoting auctions elsewhere doesn't seem to bother them but.............

I'm waiting for about 1,000 new photos to download to the guy and his daughter that are doing the web site and listing hundreds of items on the Internet bidding site.

We are --- mostly them --- trying to build an internet bidding system that will work for up to 1,000 feet from the translator we are mounting on the roof of the car shed to provide wi-fi for the Internet bidding monitor in the back of the auction truck and also 600 feet the other way inside the barn where there are 500 oil collectibles that will sell in a second ring.

45 miles from the closest town but there is fiber optic at the house that we are paying to upgrade to the best possible bandwidth for the auction.

I've had about 200 phone calls and email so far, we have had well over 2,000 hits on the web site.
