My grandmother and my Touring...both born in 1924.

She was a “Rosie the Riveter” during the war and worked on B-24 Liberators. Her husband was captured on Corregidor, survived the Bataan Death March, the Hell Ships and years of slave labor in Japanese mines.

God bless her and her husband! It's dedicated patriots like them as for the reason we have our freedoms today.

I drove the 25 RPU to the Dollar General today and met a women born in 1917! Her dad bought his first car, a model T, in 1923. She said that he struggled with it because he was used to dealing with horses and mules, not throttles and brakes!
