Large type manhole oiler and looks like vacum elbow

these large manhole oilers have 1/8" pipe thread any idea what it was used on also duel elbow either vacuum or fluid elbow kooks like would be for old windshield wipers but no idea, cleaning tons of items up that have been buried for years

Those types of oilers were used on many many types of machinery from before 1900 up until at least WWII. I don't think Ford used those types on the cars they sold, however, I have seen those on other brass era cars, and even some cars on through the '20s. They were common on factory equipment and based upon what I have seen (boxes full at swap meets!) there are probably millions of them still NOS. I have considered using those on a speedster, but not yet done that.
