And its wired? Threads must be severely stripped.

I can’t tell if that’s grease or black rtv silicone sealer that’s oozing around the ujoint area. Also the lower left bolt is either stripped or backing out. That’s an area that causes a leak and can be a pain. It could be it needs a shim that’s available to put between the ball joint area that tightens it up a bit.

Both bolts tightened up fine..It looks like someone forgot to tighten them in the past..threads seem fine.

The heads of the two lower ball cap bolts should be wired together:

The upper two bolts have castle nuts and a cotter pin. :)

Some of it IS silicone...I'm thinking I should disassemble and clean up that area.

That little unused clip bolted to the frame should have a fuel line running through it.
