I'm wanting to check the Run-Out of the Rear Hubs on my TT, and I'm wanting to make a Fixture to put into the Lathe and Spin the Hub in the Chuck. But I need a Spud the Spin it on.
Does anyone have the Dimensions of the Outboard end, Or at least the Taper Deg of the Shaft.. Inches per Foot or Anything.. Is it the same as the car for Taper?..
I've made Axle Shims for this thing, So I have a Ruff Idea what it is, however it'd be nice to hit it on the Money the First time..
Thanks..

Re: TT Axle Drawing or Dimensions
Make two tapered cones to fit big and small ends and mount on a shaft that has a stop on one end and a nut to snug things up. The taper would not have to be the same as the axle.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
