Hi Everyone. Is it necessary or advisable to gasket both sides of the fourth main when installing?

NO!!!!!!. Gasket under the 4th main only. Drive shaft flange Is a ball joint. A gasket here adds a bunch of slop to the connection. A thin layer of silicone could be applied for your peace of mind, but is overall useless.
