West Virginia members - let’s start a chapter

This is a call for all West Virginia Model T owners. With a few exceptions, there are no MTFCA chapters within reasonable distance for us to join. I want to change that. Currently, there is an effort to start a chapter near Charleston and I would like to start one in the northern part of the state in the Fairmont/Clarksburg area.
Both chapters would need a minimum of 5 members to become established. Chapter dues are not required by the MTFCA, only membership in the national club. Meetings can be as infrequent as quarterly and can be conducted via Zoom or other teleconference if in-person meetings are a concern.
My vision for the northern chapter is a club that is casual and fun. I would like to be an encouragement to all the other local T owners to get their cars out of storage and drive them. Most importantly, I would like a group to just get out and drive together.
If this is something you would be interested in joining, please reach out to me. You don’t even have to be a resident of the state, just willing to drive to either city for the occasional meeting. As I said before, I will be organizing the Fairmont area club. If the Charleston area club is more convenient for you, I can put you in contact with the gentleman that is working on it.
I look forward to hearing from you!
