What year did the model T use a three piece front wishbone for the earlier spring perches??

Don't know that answer, wonder what 3 pieces you describe.

The common above axle Radius Rods '09-'19... (2733 (factory # 263)... seen are made with a pair of tubing arms, welded or brazed to the forgings at the ball, and the pair of forgings for the threaded ends that go into the end of the tubes. 3 forgings are used.
