After working out of town the last couple weeks, I look forward to T time on weekends. Today I drove The Big Green Truck to the steam and gas show. There were a couple A doodle bugs and a 27 chevy bug. I was the only farm truch which was suprising to me. Roaming around I took a couple photos.

This guy pulled up and wanted a photo of him by the TT. No race planned. Not with all that horsepower!

I had no problem with that short leg pony, passed them in straight drive.😁

One of my favorite shows is at Pawnee OK. It's always in early May, while wheat in the fields is still green. So where do they get wheat for the threshing demonstrations? They save it on hay racks from the previous June harvest. The demonstration proceeds normally as the guys pitch wheat into the machine, chaff blows out the other end, and grain pours into the wagon. Then, as the last of the wheat is pitched, hundreds of uncovered mice go scampering off the racks in all directions. It's a very entertaining show. :)

Dan, I did not take any photos of doodle bugs. No T's but the one A used a T front axle and S-10 rear axle . The guy said it was too slow with the old axle?

Chilton had their Steam Engine Show last weekend.
There were a couple of model T's there.
This one was shelling and grinding corn at the same time.
