How To Add a Signature Line

If you'd like to add a signature line, like mine below, that show what car(s) you own or other additional information, here's how you do it.
Once you've successfully registered and are logged on, look at the upper right hand corner of the screen and do the following things:
- Click on the down arrow next to your username
- Click on "User Control Panel"
- Click on the "Profile" tab
- Click on "Edit Signature"
- Fill in the info that you'd like to show as your signature.
- Click on "Submit"

I hadn't thought about the signature function, but I'll add mine. Many questions are specific to a particular model year, and people often fail to say what T they're asking about. Automatically posting the car(s) with your question may help folks come up with an answer.

Another use for the signature line is to post a need that you have or something you're trying to sell.
The classifieds are the primary place for this but sometimes there's something that you've been looking for, for a long time like a hard to find or rare piece. You can add a line to the signature that briefly states that.
This puts the need in front of everyone who happens across your post, not just those who read the classifieds.

Could I suggest that when making your signature, you add your name, so people using phones can see it. (The details panel isn't visible on mobile.)

When using an iPhone, if you tap on the person’s username. It shows their name and some other information.
