Disc wheel covers photos wanted

I know I have seen pics of fake disc wheel covers that were just screwed to the stock Ford wooden wheels. The weren’t true disc wheels but just covers maybe sheet metal? I think they were on both sides but possibly just the outside
Anyway does anyone have any good photos of these they could share here and any details if you have them?

That whole truck is cool chain drive narrowed reared and frame. Must have been for a specific application they needed a narrow truck
