Looks like the headlights and side lights have brass trim, if so, then a 1915.

The 90* Bakelite headlamp sockets are really easy to spot in the photo. Was that a 1915 item only ?
I don’t know why I turned out this way. My parents were decent people 🤪

George,, I'm pretty sure the 90 degree headlight socket was only 15, but I also seem.to recall others saw them on a 16. Probly one of Henry's left-overs.
