Rear light and license plate holder?
So this is what I have but I need to figure out how to make something work for a rear light and license plate holder for this Y carrier. Suggestions are welcome.

You could lengthen the two upper bolts on the Y carrier and build a bracket that is attached there, or use a piece of bar stock to be attached between the tabs on the rim of the wheel. Or try to find a way to attach your bracket to the bottom of the frame on the left side in such a way that you can still see the license plate.

Put a 1 1/12" X 1/8" bar across the two unused ears on the spare and bolt it in place with two 3/16" short bolts and use lock nuts to hold the bar in place.
That way one wrench will fit all the 5/8th inch bolts, but you will need two wrenches.
Drill holes in the bar for the light and license plate bolts.
