firestone split rim

Post by hah » Thu Sep 23, 2021 1:50 pm

Greetings all!
Am requesting information on firestone split rims. What I need is the dimensions of the clasp which holds rim together. It is two pieces, one is a rectangle and the other is an arrow which pivots on a pin.
Thamks,
John.

This should help you out. Play with your printer scale to get the ruler to measure right and you will have a full scale template.

Scale it manually. Put a measuring device to the ruler shown. Do some division for a conversion ratio. On my monitor the 2" ruler is 2.050" Near enough 1 to 1. So the bar is about 2 3/3 long. The lock is just under 1.75" long
