Auxiliary Transmission ID help needed

Digging through an estate collection of T parts and found this auxiliary transmission. I didn’t see any markings at a quick glance. Doesn’t look like a Warford but I’m no expert.
Anyone know what it is?

I believe that’s from a 1920s Star Automobile. They were often modified to fit a T back in the day.

Maybe that? Or possibly a 1928 (I believe?) Chevrolet had a 'U' shaped bell housing mount similar to that one. Either way, it wasn't originally for a model T. Such transmissions were often modified for use in model Ts, as auxiliaries or doodle bug down gearing. The square shaft on one end adapted easily to the model T. I have a similar one that was rather extravagantly modified to fit in a model T! I was told by a Chevrolet guy that it was from a 1928.

Have to agree with Wayne, the bolt pattern on the front is definitely a 1928 Chevy.

Thank you everyone for your help!
It definitely looks like the one in the pictures from the post in 2005.
If anyone wants it, I’ll bring it to Hershey. It will be priced very reasonably!
