Source for ‘25 Oval Gas Tank?

Post by MichaelPawelek » Mon Oct 11, 2021 2:02 pm

I’ve tried all the usual parts vendors with no luck. Anyone know a not too obvious source for a ‘25 oval gas tank? Thanks….

I think Brassworks is going to start manufacturing them.

I read it on the internet somewhere so it must be true.

Michael, Have you got a round tank to trade. I have an oval that I'm not "married" to, but I don't know exactly what shape it is in. The last time I looked at it, I didn't see any rust holes, but I have no idea as to rust or loose baffles on the inside. I'd have to check.

I bought an oval tank a couple of years ago from Roolieb. Might give them a call.

I’ve got 2 originals here. Haven’t looked at them in a long time, but if junk, I would have scrapped them. Send me an email tmorsher@icloud.com if you are interested in an original. T
