Found this Duplex “straight through” carburetor at Hershey and it needs new valve discs. The parts are the same as the NH carburetors. Seems that they don’t have a wire retaining clip or screws. So is the disc a friction fit?

Seems to me, they used a single screw in the middle of the shaft. This choke shaft could have been changed also. Late T butterfly with the 3 tabs will work.

There are no holes in the shafts. I can switch out the shafts with new NH shafts.

save and clean the jet and save and clean/sharpen the needle. They are most definitely not the same as NH parts. The float valve is the same though.

Those came with a dimple in the center of the butterfly that made a friction fit. Al see o if you want to use the butterfly with the staple you can just drill 2 holes in the shaft you have there.

originally, both the throttle and the choke only had one screw holding them in...
Don't lose that screw!! It is a very unusual thread. I can make them, but they are expensive.
