To help you a scale or size reference would be necessary. If you could measure the diameter of the left side of the object it would helpful.

Quite a mystery. Maybe more photos from different angles would help to ID it. Include a ruler.

Possibly an oil pump or part of one? The machined surface facing us has the look of an oil pump pickup attachment point.

Its' an oil pump with an oil filter mount. Just how, or if, someone applied it to Model T use, is not obvious to me.
