I'm sure this has been ask, but is there a estimation on how many Model TT One Ton Trucks are still in existence out of the 1,485,000 manufactured between 1917-27. I have a 1926 TT. Thanks Mark

Dad and I drove to Texas in '06 with an empty trailer and pulled this out to California. Its my only Truck, so it does all my normal Truck work..

Since this photo was taken, the stake bed has been replaced with a Heil dump box and Weaver Model G 3 Ton capacity Auto Crane.

I saw one today. It looked restored and was on a trailer. Unfortunately we were at a red light going opposite directions on a 4 lane highway (31) about 5 miles west of Tyler, Texas.

Comparing apples to oranges?

I believe the magic percentage of cars left over a period of time is total production times 10%. Therefore of the Real TTs out there there should be 148500 world wide. Discuss.

The defining year of 1919- (If the year was stated to be 1917, some one would disagree with that year too.)
One month before Ford announced the one ton Ford truck, the Dearborn company (1917) was making available a conversion unit for a Model T Ford to be a standard one ton truck. Granted to the purist may question the chain drive.
