What coating/paint should I use on my new floorboards? Were the factory boards painted?

I used Por-15 on my floorboards.
It adhears really well and wears like iron.
It has a glossy finish.
Unless you park outside, with the top down, in the sun, full time,
there are no issues with the color becoming cloudy.

I drive a Model T ... Microseconds don't matter :D

For every Absolute Model T Fact there are at least three exceptions.

26-27 floor boards were painted black at the factory, what particular black paint is up to you. I had good results with water based enamel from Home Depot.
