Spindle Arm with Hole

Cleaning out some of my surplus T parts and am a little confused on this one. It is a T282 spindle arm with the hole to mount the speedometer cable support. Bruce Mcalley's book seems to indicate that it was used in 1912 and 1913. I have seen copies of the Ford Parts Book that list it as being for 1911-15 cars. Is there a definitive answer to which is correct or is those one of those "cloudy issues"? Also, the arm has "2F Co." or maybe "SF Co." as part of the casting. Does anyone know what manufacturer this indicates?
