I've been driving by this for a week and finally had a chance to take some pics.
It's located in West Brattleboro VT on Rt9.
Anybody know what it is and what year?

There was some faded writing on the doors. I couldn't make it out, but you could tell it was scripted at one time.

To bad the radiator is gone along with the headlights. That would help in identifying what it is.

Fenders and hubs indicate 1921-24 International Harvester.
Even though the hood is not in the upright position, it too looks like International Harvester. The radiators and hoods had a somewhat flat crown.

Here is what I have uncovered so far..
I believe this is a "composite" vehicle, So far I have a good match to parts of a 1930 Dodge Truck and as noted a 1928 International. In looking at various Trucks of the era I did not see any that had a running board from front to rear fender except for Fire Trucks
While the fenders match well, there are few similarities after that

Here are some 1930 Dodge Brother compaisons

The position of the head bolts looks like a match as well

The next to the last picture looks like an AA. The gas tank is in the cowl and the radiator shell looks like a 28-29. The horn and fenders also look like Model AA. The bumper and headlights look like a 30=31 AA. I think it is a Dodge Brothers. It has most in common with the Dodge.

Found another similarity pointing to Dodge. There was one other image I can across, cant' find it now, that showed the mid section cross member of the chassis as a match to?
