body weight
No way to answer that question.
It depends on the specific body and how it is crated.

Re: body weight
Are you talking about the whole car, body and fenders or just the body itself.
If it’s just the complete body itself, no fenders, no chassis with the interior and turtle deck it’s no more than 275 lbs.
I have a 1919 Roadster and the cars from 17-21 are pretty much the same weight as they are about the same car.

Here are Ford car weights, 1919.

Re: body weight
Wow I didn’t miss the Runabout body weight by much! It was a guess. I remember it wasn’t as heavy as I thought when I was maneuvering it around when I was setting it set on the frame. Thinking back I didn’t have the turtle deck when I did it and it came later.

Re: body weight
I was surprised by the quoted engine/transmission weight of 360 pounds. I guess that’s the number without a starter and generator which probably add 65 pounds.
I always thought it was closer to 500 pounds, wrong again.
At least I know I can use my engine hoist, which is rated at 500 pounds, with a clear conscience.

Re: body weight
I assume the couplet body weight of 500 lbs. includes the fenders, running boards, splash panels, truck lid, lights, hood, top material, glass, maybe the seat, and package tray?
Any estimates/guesses on what the body weight would be on a 1927 coupe without those items?
