Looking at the background, I'd guess Australia. Poor man's Bentley...

It looks a lot like this radiator. I'm not sure we decided what brand it was.

If you look close, you can see hands on the steering wheel. Maybe a kid, but must have moved when photo taken.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

I would guess Australia because of the modified body. English T's look like a RHD version of American T's.

It looks like an adult sitting in the driver's seat with a bag over his head, the fingers are too big for a child. Many of these cars were imported from Canada. A few Canadian cities had right hand drive, Vancouver was in to 1923.

I can see a young lady with flowing hair and a lot of shadow on her face or a young boy with a hat or hood. The height and hands could be teen years. There's quite a tilt to the head.

When blown up to 400% it appears to be a woman who has her hair parted down the middle with a crown of curls around the edges. Her head appears to be tilted foreward almost touching the steering wheel, wearing a white blouse or dress and green eyes. Oh I got carried away!!! :-)

Just a guess from an old crime scene processor,

Dom
