I may be a little confused here? (been a really difficult several days.)
But isn't the left rear touring door latch the same as the right front? And the right front touring door is the same as the runabout door? This one appears to be a mirror image of my runabout's door latch. So that would make this a touring only right rear door?
You might want to check that out?

Or perhaps a left front touring car hinge for a Canadian car?

The later cars had steel levers, this one is forged so it is correct.

Now that I look at it I agree with right rear. So half of the markings appear to br OK.

This basic style was used for a few years, at least 1914 through most of 1916. I have heard that some early 1917s also used this basic style, but do not know that for certain. And without going to look it up, I don't know what the 1913 style bodies used.
There were also several variations for this style door latch mechanism. When I was trying to find one for my February 1915 runabout, I looked at dozens of them at swap meets for a couple years. I was able to compare several mechanisms side by side, and rarely found two alike. The handles themselves vary quite a bit. The size and how the handle goes through the metal of the mechanism varies a lot! I did speak with several people that thought they knew which ones were used what years? But I was never convinced they were right and won't claim to know that myself.
I ended up buying a front door that had the mechanism in it and decided it would have to due. Turned out, the door was a 1914 door! The location and screw pattern for 1914 is different than the usual ones for 1915 and all later open bodies through 1924. The funny thing was, that it turned out that my February 1915 runabout body wouldn't accept the common later hinges! I had a couple hinges and doors to compare to. I also consulted Bruce's book, and concluded that my early 1915 body used a 1914 door. For complicated reasons including fitting issues, I didn't want to use the 1914 door itself, and had to alter another early door slightly to fit and work. Lots of fun!

There are a couple variations - here's what on our '14 - it was restored from an original car back in the late 60's.
