I don't know how many members are aware of his passing but I have a memory of this man I would like to share. I had just started helping out with my Fire Departments 1922 Model TT around 2003 and we were experiencing problems with getting it started and keeping it running and there were several guys around the department that knew just enough to be dangerous. I was introduced to Bill through my then girlfriends grandpa. We visited Bills house near Yorktown Indiana and dropped off coils for rebuild, he showed us tons of treasures that he had including a remagnitizer he had made on a T spoke. He brought our coils back to us and wanted to see the truck we have, he noticed right away that we had a modern paper fuel filter in line and he asked where our "sweet potato" was, I had no idea what he was talking about as a 20 something punk kid but we had a Snyder's catalog nearby and found what he was talking about and got one ordered. That sweet potato sediment bulb is still on that truck to this day and I feel fortunate to have met this man in my beginning years of taking care of this priceless piece of history. RIP Mr McCully
