This Town Car was built by Don Black in the 1980's, and was a display piece at the Towe Ford Museum in Sacramento when I first saw it. In addition to multiple early T projects, Don also built very credible 2 lever, and 1903 Model A replicas. As noted, Don penned multiple articles for the Vintage Ford, and was a known close club associate of late members Walt Rosenthal and Dan Post. MTFCA has a long standing history of acknowledging members who were significant contributors, and this gentleman is certainly among them. Someone here knows this man and I would hope, knows his present today status. Pardon the photo orientation, I don't have the skill or patience to fool with it.
Regards,
Scott
