Was RV Anderson doing work for any of you?

Post by KimDobbins » Sun Jan 09, 2022 8:47 pm

In the next few weeks, any jobs RV was working on will try to be identified and returned. Please let me know with a description and pictures if possible to me at kdmks at att.net. Please be patient, this may take a while. RV's service will be held in Kennedy NY on the 22 nd of this month.

I was very sorry to hear this sad news. It was only recently that "R.V." provided me with a set of re-conditioned original coils
for my '09. He was very obliging, and easy to deal with. He was indeed a gentleman.

I hope there are members out there that will be able to take over what RV did. How about field coils? No one is doing them now.

Field coils are being done by the Lucius’s in New Reigel, Ohio.
They do beautiful work and have for several years now. Highly recommended.

Brent, thanks for the information. I was under the impression that only RV did the field coil rebuilds. Since his passing I’m curious to know if anyone will pick up his products that he manufactured.
