Looking for install manual for Rocky Mountains on '23T

I am working on the chassis of my newly acquired '23 Model T and want to tidy up my emergency and Rocky Mountain brakes. I'm not sure the control rods to each are in the right orientation and I'd like to find any reference materials that would help me see how they SHOULD be installed.

There are real Rocky Mountains, and there are the modern substitute. I'm sure you want the modern replacement?
