Brass Horn Identification Help

Hello guys,
I recently picked up this horn with some additional parts. I cannot find anything out about it. Any ideas. It is old and marked Garnet with a J I. A approximately 12 inch tube is with it that extended the bulb connection but became unsoldered. I have included some pictures and thank you for your help.
