The radiator shell looks a bit rounded on the top

I see under axle wishbone and low radiator. Maybe later front pan clamp. 1920 to 1922?

Perhaps you can look up the history of the grain mill elevator operation and narrow down the time period and perhaps the towns historical society would have old photos or history .

Yes I also see this as a low radiator TT going by the front fenders with no lip under the headlights and no radiator apron. 22 and back maybe?
