The Great Race might stop by Dallas for lunch

Post by DHort » Sat Jan 22, 2022 5:43 pm

The Great Race is going from Warwick, RI to Fargo, ND. Looks like they will go right past Dallas' place, so the grandkids better set up a lemonade stand.

If anyone is living along the route, perhaps they could put a T tour together to great the drivers and crew.

David, .... I looked at the web site you listed but couldn’t find the route. And I can hardly see a routing from RI to ND would go through Dallas ??

Pretty sure David's referring to "Dallas Landers" - a regular poster here - not Dallas, TX.

The advertisement for the great race shown in the latest classic car magazine gives the location of each lunch stop and of each overnight stop. I am particularly interested in the Medina lunch event, the Perrysburg stop, and the route between. These happen on Tuesday, June 21.

I hope to see some of you there either as a competitor or an observer.
