Positive vent !
I’ve been a bit depressed lately over the state of the hobby. Seeing old duffers go off to their maker. Interest in parts and projects declining. Well, recently our local Bumps and Grinds chapter installed two young T families as Presidents and Vice Presidents. It’s their tradition to share the position with couples. That’s a positive !
I threw some front end lowering brackets on the classifieds and was pleasantly surprised with the demand, telling me that some new speedster projects are in the works. Our grandfathers and great grandfathers didn’t throw the Ts away. They made Bugs and Go-jobs out of them. That’s a positive !
If you have extra junque , don’t wait until your wife’s auctioneer has to deal with it. Get it in the classifieds, get it into circulation. It’s fun, easy , make some $$ and something to keep us busy while in this pandemic and beyond. That’s also a positive.

I agree Tim. We all hoard stuff we’ll never use. I gave a young guy the bones for a speedster that I’d never get to building. Speedsters are a great stepping stone into the hobby.

Re: Positive vent !
I hope all the T stuff, parts and etc. that Model T Haven sold went to T collectors and folks who enjoy T’s. There was a lot that was collected over the years.

"Interest in parts and projects declining" , money is getting a little tight with everything going up and none essentials will go on the back burner in many cases.
Support of MTFCA that owns and maintains this forum should be on the list, it keeps the T interest going and draws attention from people doing a search for T related subjects, I also think people should be a current MTFCA member to sell items on the forum, it's only fair and where else can we sell items without fees (Ebay, etc.) to people that have a true interest or need for the items. Just my 2 cents.

I forgot to add in my reply above, membership is only $40 and I can't see why people don't do it.
