Reverse eye front spring.
I’ve never done one before. 10 minutes with a small Armstrong hydraulic press, 1/2 done. I’d say 30 minutes tops would include a coffee break.

And "without CAD, CAM ,digital readouts ,lost wax, 3D printing, etc." yourself. It's just a matter of jumping into it isn't it?
Looking good.

Rich, I think you’d agree with this, too. If it’s man-made, it can be re-man-made……… and……..you don’t know it can’t be done, until you’ve tried it….perhaps even a couple times.

Re: Reverse eye front spring.
There is a YouTube video on doing the front and rear. The caution is to brace the bolt hole front and back else it will crack. I did the front successfully but cracked the rear because the metal I used bent. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ldwUHFBwN7o
Another for a Model A but better technique https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJFmh0S5ycg

The past is a great place and I don't want to erase it or to regret it, but I don't want to be its prisoner either.

Re: Reverse eye front spring.
I have done a few of these (Model A’s). I use a hydraulic press pipe bender from Harbor Freight with a couple of modifications.
Lay the spring on the floor, trace the arc. Measure the length of the spring and put a chalk line on it every two inches starting from the center. Spring to press, bump it equally on each line starting in the center, but not on the center hole. Been a while but I think took about 6 passes to reverse the arc. Learned it from my Grandfather in the 60’s. He would re-arch springs on Customers cars when they would bring them into the garage with sagging rear ends.

Tim, it helps if you don't know you can't.
Having the luxury of time to try is good too.
