identifying shifter

Found today in my barn digging a Hall Scott shift mechanism - the housing has four bolt holes- was in a box marked TT did they offer a early style two speed for the TT before a ruckstell ?

Yup. Early shifter for a TT Ruckstell.

And not interchangeable with standard chassis Ruckstell or Hall Scott.
