NOS low hood panels

This low hood is for my latest project. You can see the original black paint under the red primer. What is not seen at first sight is the panel damage.
In the 1960's a large city Ford dealership liquidated old stocks of parts to get them off the books so taxes on stock were eliminated. They had to be destroyed to avoid potential re-use. The result was an axe cut through all the panels. Some were obviously saved. The beauty of these is there is no rust pitting and the hinge lines are perfect. I can afford to spend some tome on them, as a new Rootlieb item is around $1000 landed here now, without the current spate of price gouging on freight and the interminable delays.
Of particular interest is the second bend near the centre hinge. This is not made in the new repro, so the hinge sits higher in the receiver on the radiator shell, and this upsets the hood fit.
