Does anyone know what goes here on my 1927 coupe? Does anyone have picture of it?

That's a pan head screw, not used on a T. It may have held a rubber snubber as an aftermarket fix for a door rattle.

My car just has a small unused hole there. I had never noticed it before.

I noticed that this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=2&t=27801
has a photo which may explain the hole.
It appears that earlier rear panels had a tab rivetted to the sill at the hole.
