Might be a dud that was meant to be thrown away, likely an older repop (by dud I mean they accidentally engraved it in the wrong position).

It looks like some sort of mistake. I will send you my address to take that off your hands:)

It looks like a switch and amp meter combo You would see on a tractor. often the amp meter and switch are stacked vertical such as on a farm H because of limited space.

The rivet holes line up with how it is stamped.

If it was reversed.., for the southern hemisphere. That being like that....., Eastern blocked countries? LOL

All I know, first for me, but hey, cool Speedster switch I agree with!

I'd guess it's for a tractor or industrial power unit.

May be one of a kind and very valuable. I wonder how it got so dented so bad. If you can find the exact same type of small, round headed, nickel plated rivets, take it apart and try to gently take out the dents from behind by tapping with a brass hammer and save it for when you find a suitable project for it or find someone who can’t live without it. Until then, treasure it. Jim Patrick

What does the back of the switch look like?
It could have been stamped incorrectly. Bet the same person was hired by the Government to print US currency
