What Spring Retainer is this?

Found these tearing down an engine with an older rebuild. The valves have .030 oversize stems (.342), Model A springs, these retainers and the stock Model T valve pin? I thought they may be a "modern retainer for use with the split keepers or Ford Tractor (8N,9N), but I can't find any good enough pictures on the web to help identify. Thanks

Looks like it's for Free Rotor valves, these used to be fairly common on industrial engines, takes two c- shaped keepers, and an inverted cup over the end of the valve only example I can think of is Fordson Major, but there's way more.. Dave in Bellingham, Wa
