November last year I bought a 1915 touring with accident damage.
With the paper work I found this. It say 2009.
Does any one out there recognize this??
I found a name on it Model T Jack. Who was he??

Jack Randel lived at 615 South Main St. big Pine California. He was a member of the Riverside/corona model T Ford club. He used to build bitsa cars and sell them from his front yard (CaHwy395) IUsed to stop by and see him on my way to the Sierras. He passed away a few years ago. He was one heckuva nice guy.I miss stopping by and talking with him. Don

Sad to read Jack past away a few years ago.
In the attachment a photo of the car before and after the accident last September. I hope I can build it up again and bring it back to the beautiful car it was .

It looks like it was a nice car! Being a model T, even in your part of the world, I think you can make it nice again. I have seen Ts far worse than that brought back to better than they were before a wreck.
One good friend had his 1912 T hit by a big truck at high speed. After settling with the insurance companies, he gave the wreck to another good friend because he knew that friend could and would repair it. That friend restored the car to better and nicer than it had ever been. The best part of it, he only replaced a few pieces, choosing instead to straighten, repair, and re-glue almost every damaged part!

I believe Jack’s wife still operates the antique store. I heard that she donated his model T parts to the local high school. Not real sure about that but I believe that’s what she said. I haven’t been up there for about two years now. Don
