Upside down preview pics

If you add picture attachments and they preview upside down or sideways will they right themselves when you post them?

Posting from my phone sometimes the pic posts sideways. If you click on pic to enlarge it, it is right side up.

I've never had photos post sideways or upside down from a desktop or a laptop. Apparently you need "smart" equipment to do that.
