I came across these two pictures which amused me. It seems the County Engineer was checking the NEW road just completed before its offical opening in the Mangamuka Gorge, New Zealand:

And the fellows on the horses were thinking, “I can’t believe we are paying taxes for this”.

... so they named the ‘new road’ - Equine Blvd.
